Rather than a full re-clad, developed a performance-based repair scope: removed and rebuilt brick veneer with proper weep holes and a diverter, replaced stucco and waterproofing only at the deck-damaged zones with a new elastomeric coating system, replaced deck membranes with corrected drainage and parapet details, and retrofitted window/door sill pans and head-flashing end dams -- with sill-track testing, construction observation, and ongoing annual inspections recommended.
